Attached is the permission form for our Out-of-Council Summer Camp event in July at Camp Gorham in New Mexico.

Please note that the initial deposit of $100 per person and the permission form are due in 3 weeks on Feb 7th.

Final payment is due April 1.

Travel expenses are due in mid-June. See the form for dates.

Adults wanting to attend must mark the appropriate area on the permission form, even if their scout is not attending so we can get the adult head count.
